We can't imagine a non-image. Or can you? It can be grey, blue but it has to be something. Something affirmative and posiitve instead of its negation.

Imagining not sick is not the same as imagining healthy.

The activity in our mind is constantly happening.

Hence the importance of knowing what goes in the world of our thoughts and images.
